Xiamen Hongsen Ecological Farming Co., Ltd. is a leading agricultural industrialization enterprise in Fujian Province. Its newly constructed ecological farming base focuses on intelligent, low-carbon, and circular farming models, with a planned annual output of 200,000 pigs. To meet these high-standard farming requirements and support the national "Rural Revitalization" and "Dual Carbon" strategies, the project required the construction of a highly reliable, low-energy intelligent power distribution system to ensure stable operation of feed processing, environmental control, and wastewater treatment.

High-reliability intelligent power distribution architecture
In response to the breeding base's stringent requirements for power supply continuity, Zikai Electric designed a dual-circuit + automatic switching (ATS) system for backup power supply, which includes core equipment such as low-voltage switchgear, intelligent circuit breakers, and box-type substations to ensure "zero flash-off" of feed production lines, temperature control systems, and ventilation equipment.
Digital protection devices are used to achieve millisecond-level fault positioning and automatic recovery, ensuring the safety of biological assets.
Intelligent monitoring and energy efficiency optimization
An integrated IoT monitoring platform monitors device status, power quality, and load distribution in real time, and dynamically adjusts power supply strategies through AI algorithms, resulting in an estimated 18% reduction in energy consumption (data example).
A photovoltaic/energy storage system access port is reserved, which can expand clean energy applications in the future and help the base achieve its carbon neutrality goal.
Adaptability to harsh environments
The equipment has passed IP55 protection certification and can withstand the high temperature, high humidity and salt spray corrosion environment in Fujian's coastal areas. The life of key components has been extended to more than 20 years.
Silent power distribution equipment is used, with noise controlled below 50 decibels to avoid disturbing the animal growth environment.
